Shipping
All US orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.
All US orders under $100 will be charged shipping based on the weight and shipment address of the order. All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days unless an item is customized.
Expedited shipping is available Monday through Friday.
If you choose expedited shipping after 12 pm on Friday through Sunday, your order will be shipped on Monday. Expedited shipments will not be shipped on federal holidays.

Returns & Refunds
While I hope you will love and want to keep your Jolly Camping goods, I understand this may not always happen.
I am happy to accept returns and offer full refunds on non-custom items postmarked back to me within 14 days of receipt of purchase and where the item is in new and unused condition.
Custom items are not eligible for a refund.
The Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receipt of the returned items.
Before mailing back your return, please email hello@jollycamping.co with the subject “Return Item” to inform of the reason for your return.
